Partnerships
Local Match Insights considers collaborations that help readers understand local sport, participation and shared sporting spaces. Proposals should have a clear connection to the subject and leave room for transparent labelling.
Suitable collaborations
We consider relevant partner articles, clearly identified resource placements and other standing partner placements connected to local sporting participation. A proposal should explain what is being offered, where it would appear and why it is useful to this readership. We do not infer a partnership or endorsement from a product, service or organisation being mentioned.
Clear labels, separate decisions
Sponsored or partner material is labelled clearly wherever readers encounter it. Commercial arrangements do not control independent editorial coverage, and a placement does not guarantee a positive article or recommendation. We may decline proposals that are unrelated, unclear about their purpose or likely to confuse readers about who is speaking.
How to propose an idea
Use the Contact page and select the partnership option. Include the proposed format, subject, intended placement and any relevant conditions. We review proposals for fit and transparency; sending an idea does not mean it has been accepted.
Sport starts with a way in
A nearby activity is easier to approach when you know what to ask, what to expect and how participation works. We make those details easier to see.
